Website access and hosting

This website is hosted by Vercel Inc. When you access the website, technical data such as your IP address, date and time of access, requested resource, referrer, browser, operating system, and response status may be processed in server and security logs. Processing is necessary to deliver the website, maintain its security, and diagnose technical faults. The legal basis is our legitimate interest under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. Logs are retained only for as long as required for these operational and security purposes, subject to the provider's configured retention periods.

Contact form and email

If you contact us through the form, we process the name, email address, subject, message, and related technical metadata you provide. The information is used only to answer and manage your enquiry. Depending on the nature of your request, the legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR for pre-contractual steps or Article 6(1)(f) GDPR for our legitimate interest in responding to professional and general enquiries.

The form is transmitted through Resend (Plus Five Five, Inc.) and delivered to our Google Workspace mailbox. Unless a business relationship or statutory retention duty requires longer storage, enquiries are deleted when they are no longer needed for the conversation and normally no later than twelve months after the last relevant exchange.

International data transfers

Vercel, Resend, Google, and their subprocessors may process data outside the European Economic Area, including in the United States. Where required, transfers are protected by an adequacy decision, the EU Standard Contractual Clauses, or another safeguard recognised under Chapter V GDPR. Resend sends mail from its Ireland region, while account data and email metadata may be stored in the United States.

Cookies and analytics

This website currently uses no advertising cookies, behavioural tracking, or third-party analytics. If this changes, this policy and any required consent mechanism will be updated before those tools are enabled.

Your rights

Subject to the conditions of the GDPR, you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability, or object to processing based on legitimate interests.
